Jasmine flower-retro is a part of a limited series of  tea in filter bags. These are hand-packed bags (15 pcs) of green tea with jasmine flower.

Green tea with jasmine flower is one of the most popular teas, both in our shop and in the world. What makes it popular is the perfect fusion of the enchanting floral notes of jasmine and the sharp deeper notes of green tea. It is an ideal combination for morning hours and early afternoon, whether we wake up in the warmth of the home or take a break at work.

The process of making this tea is very demanding, and it takes skill and experience to make jasmine green tea just right.

First of all, you need good quality green tea and freshly picked jasmine flower. Jasmine buds are handpicked when the sun rises and the morning dew evaporates. Only the buds that seem likely to bloom that evening are picked.

After picking, the flowers are kept cold until evening. During the evening, jasmine flowers open and release their fragrance. As they are layered together with the green tea leaves, their mesmerizing fragrance is transferred and attached to the leaf.

It takes more than four hours for the tea to absorb the scent and taste of jasmine. The natural flavoring process can be repeated as many as six or seven times. The tea absorbs the moisture from the fresh jasmine flowers, so it must also be re-dried to prevent spoilage.
