Composition: green mate (yerba mate), licorice root, fennel seeds, cinnamon pieces, lemon verbena, nettle leaves, currant leaves, aloe vera pieces (7%), peppermint, ginseng root (ginseng 4%), mint leaves, natural aroma
The finest herbs in combination with mate plant. The freshness of mint, with spicy notes of cinnamon, licorice and fennel, and the beautifully subtle aroma of currants! A blend rich in herbs that has a perfect balance of various flavors.
Yerba mate is the “wake up” ingredient in this blend, ideal for energy and focus. Licorice root has an anti-inflammatory effect and facilitates expectoration. Fennel seeds can help with digestion, reducing bloating, gas and indigestion. Pieces of cinnamon have an antibacterial effect, reduce inflammation and can help regulate blood pressure. Lemon verbena, in addition to its wonderful aroma, which is aromatherapy for our senses, can help with the elimination of excess fluid, as well as with digestion. Nettle leaves are recommended for inflammation of the urinary canals, and for rheumatic diseases and gout. They are good for immunity and anemia. Aloe vera pieces hydrate, and are good digestive aids. According to some research, aloe vera can lower blood glucose levels. Ginseng root reduces inflammation, improves brain function and strengthens the immune system. Ginseng can also help reduce fatigue. Peppermint/mint leaves – refreshing, helps with headaches, while for some, mint is good for the stomach and flatulence.
